Are you an experienced Programme Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale ERP programmes? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead a multi-phase ERP transformation, ensuring strategic alignment, seamless delivery, and measurable business value.

About the Role:

As Programme Manager, you will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership for an enterprise-wide ERP programme. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage interdependent projects, and act as the central point of programme governance. A key focus will be to ensure an integrated ERP solution template is built, tested, and aligned with the agreed Operating Model across all entities, regions, and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the ERP programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan.
  • Oversee multiple ERP projects and workstreams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and cross-functional resources.
  • Establish and lead programme governance structures, including steering committees.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate programme risks and issues proactively.
  • Build strong relationships with executive sponsors, senior leadership, and technical teams.
  • Ensure clear communication, transparency, and alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Maintain integrated project management, RAID logs, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Support financial tracking, budget monitoring, and benefits realisation.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, change leads, and business stakeholders for smooth delivery.

Person Specification – Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale ERP programmes (SAP experience preferred).
  • Strong skills in programme planning, benefits realisation, and multi-project coordination.
  • Understanding of business strategy, financial management, and vendor contracts.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational constraints.
  • Proficient in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Experienced in managing complex dependencies and driving cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of managing senior stakeholders and navigating organisational dynamics.
