Are you a seasoned Programme Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale S/4HANA ERP transformations ? We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a multi-phase S/4HANA programme, driving strategic oversight, governance, and delivery excellence across a complex organisational landscape.
Role Purpose
You will act as the central point of coordination for a major S/4HANA transformation, managing interdependent projects and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that an integrated S/4HANA solution is designed, tested, and implemented across multiple business areas, delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
π Programme Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain the S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Align programme objectives with business goals, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise architecture.
π Project & Resource Management
- Oversee multiple S/4HANA projects and workstreams, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet programme deliverables.
βοΈ Governance & Risk Management
- Establish and lead programme governance structures, including steering committees and decision forums.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
π€ Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, business unit leaders, and delivery teams.
- Ensure clear communication, transparency, and alignment across all stakeholder groups.
