Role Purpose

You will act as the central point of coordination for a major S/4HANA transformation, managing interdependent projects and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that an integrated S/4HANA solution is designed, tested, and implemented across multiple business areas, delivering measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan to ensure successful delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Align programme objectives with business goals, digital transformation initiatives, and enterprise architecture.

  • Oversee multiple S/4HANA projects and workstreams, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet programme deliverables.

  • Establish and lead programme governance structures, including steering committees and decision forums.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
