🚨 Contract Project Manager (Microsoft D365)
Hybrid - Poole (2–3 days on-site) + Remote | 💰 £450–£600 per day | ⏳ 6 months | Outside IR35 (subject to determination)
We’re looking for a Project Manager with proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O / Retail & Commerce) expertise to lead two high-profile, business-critical initiatives. If you thrive in fast-moving, complex environments and can deliver under pressure, this role is for you.
The Opportunity
You’ll take ownership of a high-impact transformation programme, driving:
🎯 A time-critical warehouse relocation
🎯The delivery of a D365 retail push model, enabling smarter, data-driven stock management
Both projects form part of a major digital transformation journey, modernising finance and retail operations by replacing legacy systems with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
What You’ll Do
✔️ Lead delivery of D365 Finance & Retail projects end-to-end
✔️ Coordinate internal teams, SMEs, and a leading systems integrator
✔️ Manage design, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment
✔️ Keep stakeholders aligned and decisions on track
✔️ Oversee a smooth, deadline-driven warehouse move
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Strong track record delivering D365 F&O and Retail/Commerce projects
🔹 Background in retail and finance within D365 environments
🔹 Skilled at navigating matrix organisations and managing partners
🔹 Hands-on, delivery-focused, with excellent planning and leadership skills
🔹 Pragmatic, resilient, and able to drive progress in complex settings
