  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and programme stakeholders, translating technical dependencies into clear business milestones.
  • Facilitate planning, sprint reviews, and alignment meetings between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure technical debt and pipeline maintenance tasks are appropriately prioritised alongside new feature delivery.

🧠 Essential Experience & Skills:

  • 3+ years as a Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Project Manager working directly with software development teams.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, with hands-on experience reviewing GitHub and Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience with modern agile tools (Azure Boards, Linear, or similar) for backlog management and delivery transparency.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and integration considerations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of communicating complex technical prerequisites to senior leadership.
  • Agile mindset with flexibility to adapt processes to what works best for the team and delivery objectives.
