About the Role
We are working with a highly regarded professional services organisation undergoing significant growth, where technology plays a key role in delivering business success.
They are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join their IT team, responsible for delivering a high-quality, secure, and reliable end user experience across the business.
This is a hands-on 3rd line role within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and support end user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)

Provide 3rd line support for EUC-related issues

Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (including OneDrive)

Administer endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)

Maintain standard operating environments and device configurations
-
Package and deploy applications across the organisation

Monitor and optimise user experience using DEX tools (eg Nexthink)
-
Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts
-
Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and best practice standards

Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and image management
Key Skills & Experience
-
Proven experience in an EUC/Desktop Engineering role

Strong knowledge of Windows 11 & Microsoft 365

Experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot

Solid understanding of Active Directory & Azure AD
-
Experience with application packaging and deployment
-
PowerShell Scripting for automation

Mobile Device Management (iOS) experience
-
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
-
Experience supporting users in a professional services environment

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Desirable:

Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

Exposure to Digital Employee Experience tools (eg Nexthink)

Experience with enterprise laptop environments (Dell/Lenovo)

Knowledge of document management systems (eg iManage)
