A leading professional services firm is seeking an Procurement Analyst to support a key firmwide procurement project.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IT procurement or IT finance experience who enjoys working with data, vendors and senior stakeholders in a structured, multinational environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will support procurement activity across a high-profile project, helping manage vendor engagements, documentation and commercial tracking.
Key responsibilities include:

Tracking and reporting on vendor engagement status

Reviewing and managing contractual and vendor documentation

Storing and maintaining procurement records and relationship history

Monitoring ongoing supplier discussions and commitments

Processing purchase orders and procurement transactions

Engaging directly with third-party vendors

Presenting reports and insights to senior stakeholders

Contributing to regular project update meetings
You will work closely with Procurement, Legal and Transformation teams, as well as external suppliers.
About You
You will bring:

Experience within IT Procurement, IT Finance/Accounting, or a centralised procurement function

Experience in a multinational organisation

Strong Excel skills and confidence working with complex datasets

Excellent attention to detail and analytical capability

Strong written, verbal and presentation skills

The ability to prioritise effectively in a high-pressure environment

A proactive and self-motivated approach
This role would suit someone who is methodical, commercially aware and keen to further develop within Procurement.
