An International Law firm are seeking a Technology Training Manager to join its Technology & Innovation team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technology trainer to play a key role in ensuring employees across the firm are confident and effective in their use of core business systems and productivity tools.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering technology training to new joiners and existing staff, supporting the adoption of business systems and ensuring training materials remain up to date and aligned with firm processes.

Working closely with colleagues across Technology, HR and business services teams, you will help ensure training is delivered consistently across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Training delivery

  • Deliver structured technology induction training for new joiners

  • Run training sessions on core business systems and productivity tools

  • Deliver training both in person and virtually using Microsoft Teams

  • Support firm-wide technology training initiatives

Training materials

  • Maintain and update training guides, scripts and slide decks

  • Create new training resources including videos and documentation

  • Ensure materials remain aligned with system changes

  • Maintain training resources on the firm's Intranet

New joiner support

  • Deliver technology onboarding sessions

  • Support new employees as they learn firm systems and tools

  • Act as a point of contact for technology training queries

Training administration

  • Schedule training sessions and manage invitations

  • Track attendance and training completion

  • Coordinate materials for induction sessions

  • Support delivery of security awareness training

About You

You will have experience delivering training within a professional or corporate environment and be confident presenting technology concepts to non-technical users.

Key experience includes:

  • Delivering training or learning programmes in a corporate environment

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience training users on Microsoft Office and business systems

Desirable experience

  • Document management systems such as iManage

  • SharePoint or Intranet content management

  • Experience within professional services environments
