Our global law firm client are actively looking to take on a new AI Agile Delivery Manager (Agile, AI Delivery, Business Analysis, Stakeholder Management, Business Applications, UAT) to join their team on a permanent basis, the firm have recently undergone a major merger with a US law firm, this has enabled a new strategy for both sides to have a much bigger reach.

To be considered for this this role will work closely with the hiring manager in a newly created function which will help to grow the team role, it's ideal that you have:

  • 5 years within a similar role (Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Agile methodologist)
  • Ideal but not required law-firm experience
  • Proven experience with the Agile methodology
  • Experience delivering AI solutions

Key Responsibilities

Delivery oversight

  • Provide delivery oversight across multiple AI workstreams.
  • Support backlog and prioritization activities for teams.
  • Create dashboards, trackers and transparent reporting frameworks.
  • Support governance and audit readiness.
  • Identify delivery risks and coordinate resolution, providing operational rhythm and consistency across AI initiatives.

Coordination

  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring workstreams progress to plan.
  • Support prioritization activities with Product Mangers to maintain clear,
  • structured backlogs.
  • Surface and manage dependencies, ensuring relevant teams are aligned.

Reporting and governance

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers and reporting frameworks thatprovide clear visibility of progress, risks and outcomes.
  • Provide regular, concise updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent documentation and audit-readiness across all AI workstreams.
  • Lead the AI Delivery Excellence board, driving the agenda, coordinating input from relevant stakeholders, and ensuring that outcomes and actions are tracked and delivered.

Risk management

  • Identify risks and delivery blockers early, coordinating with relevant teams to drive timely resolution.
  • Escalate key risks to leadership with clear articulation and proposed mitigation approaches.
