End User Computing (EUC) Engineer
About the Role
We are working with a highly regarded professional services organisation undergoing significant growth, where technology plays a key role in delivering business success.
They are seeking an experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join their IT team, responsible for delivering a high-quality, secure, and reliable end user experience across the business.
This is a hands-on 3rd line role within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design, build, and support end user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
- Provide 3rd line support for EUC-related issues
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (including OneDrive)
- Administer endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)
- Maintain standard operating environments and device configurations
- Package and deploy applications across the organisation
- Monitor and optimise user experience using DEX tools (e.g. Nexthink)
- Develop and maintain PowerShell automation scripts
- Ensure endpoint security, compliance, and best practice standards
- Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and image management
- Proven experience in an EUC / Desktop Engineering role
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 & Microsoft 365
- Experience with Intune, SCCM, Autopilot
- Solid understanding of Active Directory & Azure AD
- Experience with application packaging and deployment
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- Mobile Device Management (iOS) experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
- Experience supporting users in a professional services environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Desirable:
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Exposure to Digital Employee Experience tools (e.g. Nexthink)
- Experience with enterprise laptop environments (Dell/Lenovo)
- Knowledge of document management systems (e.g. iManage)
