Finance Business Systems Oracle Developer

This contract role will focus on implementing enhancements, fixes, and optimizations for a recently deployed Oracle ERP system. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance, IT, and key business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of our Oracle Cloud ERP system.

• Develop, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion ERP customizations and extensions based on business requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between Oracle ERP Cloud and other enterprise systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other Oracle middleware products.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and performance issues within the Oracle ERP environment.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including design specifications, test scripts, and operational manuals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, governance, and IT security standards.
• Create reports using Oracle reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI etc)

Qualificiations & Experience

• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Developer with hands-on knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules (Financials, SCM)
• Strong experience developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle SOA Suite.
• Proficient in Oracle ERP Cloud tools such as Application Composer, BI Publisher, OTBI, groovy scripting and Workflow Designer.
• Good understanding of ERP & SCM business processes in finance and billing is desirable.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and PL/SQL development.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration and application issues.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP Developer or Integration Specialist) are a plus.
