This role will sit at the heart of their innovation journey, designing and delivering intelligent automation workflows across core business systems using Python, n8n, and Azure AI services. You’ll work closely with business analysts, developers, and AI specialists to build scalable, AI-enhanced solutions that streamline operations, boost productivity and reduce manual effort.

• Greenfield opportunity: Shape and own automation strategy across the business

• AI innovation: Work with Azure AI Agent Services, AI Factory, and OpenAI-style models

• Modern stack: Python, n8n, REST APIs, Azure, iManage, SharePoint Online, M365

• Impactful work: Directly contribute to legal process transformation through smart automation

• Design and build end-to-end workflow automations in n8n

• Develop robust Python scripts to handle complex tasks and integrations

• Integrate AI agents into business processes using Azure AI Agent Service

• Customise and optimise workflows to improve performance and reliability

• Build connections between automation tools and key enterprise systems (iManage, SharePoint, M365)

• Contribute to the development of custom n8n nodes and orchestrate scalable AI agent workflows

• Support a data-driven, automation-first culture by sharing knowledge and documenting solutions

• Strong Python development experience - clean code, APIs, automation tasks

• Hands-on experience with n8n or other low-code automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)

• Familiarity with Azure AI services and modern AI/ML integration practices

• Background in integrating enterprise tools and systems (REST APIs, M365, iManage, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving mindset and collaborative approach

• Typescript/Node.js (for custom node development)

• LangChain, OpenAI APIs, LLM/agent-based design

• Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot Studio

• Background in legal, financial or other regulated environments
