Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong grasp of ServiceNow and a passion for driving technology strategy across a complex organisation? A prestigious law firm in the City is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in shaping and supporting their enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform.

As part of a dedicated internal ServiceNow team, you’ll help maintain and enhance the platform, delivering impactful workflows, leading continuous improvement cycles, and supporting an exciting firm-wide migration to make ServiceNow the core workflow solution across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, patches, and workflow development

• Collaborate with business and tech teams to capture and transform requirements into technical solutions

• Support and manage the ServiceNow development backlog

• Lead onboarding of additional teams into the ServiceNow ecosystem

• Actively contribute to the creation of a centralised user experience across departments

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules ideal)

• Proven background in business systems analysis within complex, multi-team environments

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills

• Exposure to workflow creation and business process transformation

• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead from the front
