Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a strong grasp of ServiceNow and a passion for driving technology strategy across a complex organisation? A prestigious law firm in the City is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst to play a key role in shaping and supporting their enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform.
As part of a dedicated internal ServiceNow team, you’ll help maintain and enhance the platform, delivering impactful workflows, leading continuous improvement cycles, and supporting an exciting firm-wide migration to make ServiceNow the core workflow solution across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including upgrades, patches, and workflow development

Collaborate with business and tech teams to capture and transform requirements into technical solutions

Support and manage the ServiceNow development backlog

Lead onboarding of additional teams into the ServiceNow ecosystem

Actively contribute to the creation of a centralised user experience across departments
What We’re Looking For:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM/ITOM modules ideal)

Proven background in business systems analysis within complex, multi-team environments

Excellent stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills

Exposure to workflow creation and business process transformation

A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead from the front
