Senior Digital Account Manager

My client is a fantastic creative agency, and they are looking for a Digital Account Manager to help drive small to large-scale interactive projects from design and conception to implementation and development. The Account manager will consistently manage schedules, client expectations, assets, budgets and scopes.

Working closely with the other members of the Digital team and wider studio, this role will involve:

  • Keep accurate documentation of requirements from clients or internally.
  • Report and track financial status of a project against current estimate and highlight potential overruns before they occur.
  • Proactively manage, identify and mitigate risks on a project, focusing on solutions.
  • Present information effectively via multiple channels: at ease presenting in team meetings or to the occasional larger group setting.

  • Keen and confident to take a supportive and active part in brainstorms, name generation etc.
  • Self-motivated and a keen team player, whilst also happy to get on with minimal guidance if need be.
  • Committed, flexible and reliable, with the ability to handle pressure and keep up in a dynamic environment.
