We're looking for a Centre of Excellence (CoE) Data Administrator to join our planning transformation journey. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to play a key role in maintaining the data that supports our new Maestro planning system and drives effective supply and demand planning across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

As the CoE Data Administrator, you'll be the primary contact for maintaining and improving planning data across our ERP and Maestro systems. Working closely with the CoE Technical Manager and wider planning teams, you'll help ensure data accuracy, resolve system issues and support the successful adoption of standardised planning processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Investigating and resolving data issues between SAP and Maestro.
  • Maintaining accurate master data within the Maestro planning system.
  • Working with planning teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Managing user access, licences and training allocations.
  • Supporting system governance and compliance activities.
  • Monitoring system alignment across development, testing and production environments.
  • Assisting with the investigation and root cause analysis of planning system issues.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of planning best practice across the organisation.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong Excel and digital systems capability.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Structured, process-driven approach to work.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and/or Maestro (Rapid Response) would be ideal
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning and continuous improvement. 
  • Comfortable to work alone on occasion, using your initiative to problem solve
  • Degree qualified in a STEM-related discipline would be beneficial.
