What youll do

• Collaborate with clients to uncover complex production challenges and design innovative solutions.
• Prototype, test, and implement new technologies, tools, and workflows that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and creative output.
• Lead R&D initiatives, exploring AI, automation, real-time production, VFX, and emerging media.
• Work alongside creative, production, and engineering teams to bring scalable solutions to life.
• Guide clients and teams through pilots, deployment, and implementation of new solutions.
• Share insights and learnings across the technology organization to help shape the future of innovation.
• Translate creative concepts into working prototypes, bridging vision and execution.

What theyre looking for

• Proven experience in creative technology, technical production, R&D, or VFX-focused roles.
• Strong mix of technical and creative skills- comfortable coding and prototyping with production tools.
• Deep understanding of production workflows, software, and emerging technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI, automation, VFX, AR/VR, 3D, or generative design.
• Excellent communicator, able to engage with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience scoping projects, gathering requirements, and delivering pilots.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to thrive across creative, technical, and client-facing teams.
