A fast-growing consumer brand is looking for a European eCommerce Manager to lead the growth and performance of its DTC websites across the UK, France, Germany, and EU-English markets. You’ll drive revenue, optimise site performance, oversee product launches, and ensure all content is localised and culturally relevant.
Key Responsibilities
- Own revenue and performance KPIs across all European DTC sites, including conversion, AOV, order rate, and profitability.
- Lead product launches and new assortments, coordinating timelines, content, and translations.
- Collaborate with marketing, paid media, and retail teams to execute campaigns and align strategies across channels.
- Optimise sites using Magento, GA4, Optimizely, and A/B testing to improve performance.
- Support expansion into new European markets and languages, launching and scaling additional sites as needed.
- Ensure all site content is accurate, localised, and culturally relevant for each market.
Who You Are
- 5–8+ years managing European eCommerce websites with full ownership of KPIs.
- Experience launching products and scaling DTC across UK/EU markets.
- Strong analytical skills and confident reporting on metrics and site performance.
- Hands-on with Magento (Adobe Commerce), GA4, and optimisation/testing tools.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian) a plus.
- Comfortable working in a pet-friendly office environment.
