Field Engineer - MSP

Currently working with a MSP who has successfully delivered IT support and consultancy services for the past 30 years to a world-renowned international client base with a focus on the professional and financial services sector, including leading private equity, venture capital, and top UK law firms.

They are looking to hire a well-established Field Engineer to provide onsite and remote support to their clients.

They are growing their team and now looking for a strong field engineer, to provide onsite technical advice and support to a range of (London-based) blue-chip organisations. During these proactive onsite visits, you will work closely with customers, gaining their trust and working collaboratively to find solutions to their support issues.

Job Title: Field Engineer

Location: Office in London (The contract is home based but will have a rota for client visits in which travel can be expensed)

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 (Dependent on Experience)
