Lead Dynamics 365 Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Lead Dynamics Project Manager to drive a major Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central programme. This is a high-impact role leading a fast-paced transformation within a growing organisation.

Contract Length: 9+ months

Outside IR35

Location: Dorset - Hybrid

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a full-cycle Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and technical partners.
• Run workshops, translate business requirements into technical deliverables, and ensure solution alignment.
• Manage data migration, integrations, testing phases, and user training/adoption.
• Provide clear, consistent stakeholder communication at all levels.

Essential Experience

• Extensive experience delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central projects.
• NAV 2009 Experience.
• Strong background managing full ERP implementation lifecycles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven delivery experience in dynamic, complex environments.
• Project management certifications (PMP/Prince2) beneficial.

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Retail or Hospitality industry experience — understanding fast-paced, customer-focused operational environments.
• Drink-IT experience or exposure to Drinks Industry ERP extensions.
• Familiarity with beverage production, distribution, or supply chain processes.
