Change Project Manager

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Oversee and deliver multiple change projects from planning through to completion.
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Implement change management strategies to maximise adoption and minimise resistance.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors for seamless integration.

Change Project Manager Requirements
  • Essential:
    • Proven experience in project management within an FCA-regulated environment.
    • Strong track record of delivering technology or operational change projects.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (PRINCE2 or PMP desirable).
    • Excellent understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Desirable:
    • Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
    • Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Monday.com, or similar.

Change Project Manager Benefits
  • Salary: £45,000 per annum
  • Company benefits include: 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays (this will increase with each year of service up to a maximum of 30 days), plus following successful completion of probation period: group life assurance (4 x basic annual salary), income protection, private medical insurance, healthcare cash plan, pension contributions and discretionary bonus scheme
  • Permanent position with clear progression opportunities.
  • Remote working with occasional travel (up to 20%).
Location

Remote-based role with flexibility, ideally suited to candidates within the UK who can travel occasionally for key meetings.
