Email Campaign Audit Manager
We are hiring a detail-obsessed and technically curious Email Campaign Audit Manager to conduct comprehensive audits of client email campaigns, infrastructure, and deliverability setups. This is a junior position with significant growth potential - you'll learn our audit methodology from the ground up and develop expertise that directly impacts client success.
You will be responsible for identifying issues, gaps, and opportunities within client email operations that others miss. Your audits will form the foundation of client relationships, providing the insights that drive strategic recommendations and demonstrate our expertise.

Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign & Infrastructure Auditing- Conduct thorough audits of client email campaigns, sequences, and automation workflows
- Review email authentication configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) for accuracy and best practices
- Analyse sending infrastructure including domain health, IP reputation, and mailbox setup
- Evaluate email content for deliverability risks (spam triggers, formatting issues, link hygiene)
- Assess list health, segmentation practices, and engagement patterns
- Document findings systematically using established audit frameworks in text and video (Loom) format for the customer
- Investigate deliverability issues by examining bounce logs, spam complaints, and engagement metrics
- Identify technical misconfigurations that impact inbox placement
- Identify copywriting and compilation misconfigurations that impact inbox placement
- Review DNS records and authentication chains for errors or gaps and identify the route cause via logs
- Analyse sending patterns and volume distributions for red flags
- Cross-reference client setups against industry best practices, state of delivery logs and compliance requirements
Client-Facing Video Audits
You'll produce professional video audit reports (using tools like Loom) that walk clients through your findings. These videos are a core deliverable and often the client's first impression of our expertise. Alongside video content, you'll maintain supporting written materials. You'll need to:
Client Video Audits
- Record 10 - 20 minute Loom videos walking through findings in client dashboards, DNS records, and email platforms
- Explain issues clearly. Assume intelligence, not technical knowledge
- Prioritise findings by severity and business impact with specific, actionable next steps
- Deliver difficult news diplomatically while maintaining credibility
- Build client trust through professional, confident on-camera presence
Documentation & Process
- Produce written summaries accompanying each video (key findings, priority actions, links)
- Maintain detailed internal notes on complex issues for team reference
- Create handover documentation when audits inform account management
- Continuously refine audit checklists and frameworks based on learnings
- Follow and continuously improve standardised audit procedures
- Identify patterns across audits that inform broader service improvements
- Document edge cases and unusual configurations for team learning
- Contribute to building a scalable audit methodology

- 1-2 years in a detail-oriented role (QA, auditing, technical support, operations, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Experience producing written reports or documentation

- Basic understanding of how email works (or strong willingness to learn quickly)
- Comfort navigating technical systems and configurations
- Ability to learn new tools and platforms independently

- Complete 8-10 audits independently with quality review
- Identify your first process improvement or checklist refinement

Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $40,000 - $60,000
This is an investment role. We're looking for someone to grow with us, and compensation will increase as you develop expertise and take on greater responsibility.
