Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in London for an Event Technician / Streaming Technician. The role involves setting up and managing Audio Visual (AV) systems, supporting seamless streaming of events, and ensuring high-quality video conferencing experiences. Daily tasks include equipment setup and testing, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating video and audio elements at live and hybrid events. The technician will work hands-on with lighting, projectors, and streaming hardware to support successful event execution.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Audio Visual (AV) systems and equipment
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues during live and hybrid events
- Experience with video conferencing technologies and solutions
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced event environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Relevant training in AV or technical event support are beneficial
- Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules and on-site event requirements
