💰 Salary: £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience

Following record growth, we’re hiring a Product Designer who will take the lead on creating seamless, elegant digital experiences - from idea to final UI. You’ll report to our Head of Tech and work closely with our Full Stack Developer , who will bring your designs to life.
What You’ll Be Doing:
🎨 Design & UX
- Design wireframes, user flows and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Create and maintain a design system and component libraries
- Translate journeys and user personas into functional and elegant UI
- Design responsive layouts for landing pages, booking flows, and dashboards
- Prepare developer-ready files and support design handoff
- Use typography, colour, spacing, and hierarchy with confidence
- Think through navigation, information architecture, and mobile-first layouts
💻 Front-End Collaboration
- Build or support building responsive layouts with HTML/CSS
- Work with Tailwind, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks
- Read/modify simple JavaScript for interaction and feedback
- Use Git for version control and inspect/debug browser UI issues
- Work side-by-side with a Full Stack Developer who builds your designs in code
- Understand how APIs, page structure and data flow influence design
Who We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Experience
- 2+ years in Product Design , UI/UX , or a hybrid design/development role
- Strong skills in Figma (or Adobe XD, Sketch)
- Excellent knowledge of HTML/CSS , responsive design, and modern layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid)
- Experience creating and evolving design systems
- Confident presenting design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Solid understanding of mobile-first and accessibility fundamentals
- Able to debug and support front-end builds with a developer mindset
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with user testing , interviews, or internal user research
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for web layout and performance
- Experience designing emails or working with tools like Webflow / Framer
- Awareness of UX metrics (bounce rate, conversion, drop-off)
- Comfortable using no-code tools , or contributing to design sprints
