The company is now building a Manchester-based sales hub, creating a clear pathway into:

  • Sales leadership
  • Team leadership / mentoring
  • Account management
  • Specialist infrastructure sales roles

The Role

This is a pure new business hunter position.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Generating your own pipeline (cold calling, LinkedIn, outbound email, networking)
  • Winning new SME and enterprise clients across the UK
  • Selling IT infrastructure, servers, cloud and managed solutions
  • Building long-term client relationships
  • Working closely with senior sales and technical teams to close deals

This is not an account management role — it is 100% focused on winning new logos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build your own pipeline of B2B clients
  • Identify decision makers (IT Managers, CTOs, Procurement Heads)
  • Run outbound campaigns and qualify opportunities
  • Book and attend client meetings (remote & face-to-face)
  • Work with technical specialists to design solutions
  • Close deals and consistently hit revenue targets
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and sales reporting

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate or early-career sales candidate (0–2 years experience)
  • Strong desire to work in B2B tech / IT sales
  • Confident communicator with a “hunter” mindset
  • Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
  • Highly motivated by money, progression, and targets
  • Ambition to grow into leadership roles (team lead / sales manager)
