Account Manager / Telesales Executive

Location: Greater Manchester (Hybrid)

Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £36k–£40k year 1)

A well-established organisation within the telecommunications and technology distribution sector is seeking an experienced Telesales Executive / Account Manager to join its growing sales team.

This role will initially focus on telesales and new business development, progressing into a full account management position as you build and manage your own customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through proactive outbound telesales activity
  • Develop potential prospects into active spending accounts
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts once established
  • Maintain accurate records within the company CRM system
  • Build strong relationships with customers through regular contact
  • Achieve daily call targets, new account targets, and monthly sales goals

Requirements

  • Previous B2B telesales or sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage and grow a customer base
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in IT or telecoms sales is advantageous but not essential

Package

  • £30,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
  • OTE: up to £45k+
