Location: North West UK (Field-Based)
Salary: Up to £45,000 Basic + Double OTE (£90,000 Uncapped) + Car Allowance
The Opportunity
My client, a well-established and growing telecoms and IT solutions provider, is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business across the North West.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a background in telecoms, UC, mobile, IT services, or managed print to join a high-performing team with strong earning potential.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business and developing relationships with SMEs and mid-market organisations across the region.
You will be selling a comprehensive portfolio of solutions, including:
- Traditional telephony (on-premise and hosted)
- Unified Communications (VoIP, cloud-based systems)
- Mobile voice and data solutions
- IT services and support
- Managed print services
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across the North West
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings (face-to-face and virtual)
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams
About You
- Proven track record in B2B sales within telecoms, IT, or managed services
- Strong new business hunter mentality
- Experience selling solutions such as UC, mobile, IT services, or print
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
- Full UK driving licence
