🎯 £65,000 OTE + Uncapped Commission

A growing Managed Service Provider is seeking an experienced IT & Cybersecurity Account Manager to join their commercial team.

This is primarily an account management role focused on developing an existing client base, identifying opportunities for managed IT and cybersecurity services, and driving recurring revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Manage and develop an existing portfolio of clients

🔹 Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across IT, cybersecurity and cloud services

🔹 Conduct client reviews and present recommendations to decision-makers

🔹 Build and maintain strong customer relationships

🔹 Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle

🔹 Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast

🔹 Support new business generation through referrals and self-generated opportunities

Requirements

✅ Minimum 3 years' experience within IT, Cybersecurity, Telecoms or MSP Account Management

✅ Proven track record of growing revenue from existing accounts

✅ Strong B2B sales and relationship management experience

✅ Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders

✅ Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals

✅ Full UK Driving Licence
