Primark is delivering a major EU‐wide eInvoicing compliance programme, driven by new 2025 digital reporting regulations. We’re now seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands‐on eInvoicing expertise to document end‐to‐end AP and AR process flows across eight countries and provide clarity on how our new black‐box integrations operate.
This is a fast‐paced, business‐critical role working with Tax, Finance, Technology, and our implementation partner.
What You’ll Do
- Lead documentation of AP and AR process flows across multiple EU markets
- Provide visibility into how eInvoicing integrations operate and how regional differences are handled
- Work closely with AP, AR, Tax, Finance, and technical teams to capture end‐to‐end processes
- Facilitate requirements gathering and translate them into clear, structured artefacts
- Challenge assumptions and ensure requirements are fully understood and validated
- Support handover into BAU with complete, accurate documentation
- Engage in technical discussions and collaborate with multiple 3rd‐party partners
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience with eInvoicing compliance (e.g., Peppol, VIDA, FA3)
- Strong background in AP/AR processes and tax‐related workflows
- Excellent process‐mapping and documentation skills
- Ability to work across complex technical and regulatory landscapes
- Strong stakeholder engagement across Tax, Finance, and Technology
- Detail‐driven, organised, and comfortable working at pace
- Experience working with multiple vendors and implementation partners
Why This Role Matters
This programme is mandatory, high‐risk, and time‐sensitive. Your work will ensure Primark meets strict EU digital reporting obligations and avoids financial penalties while giving the business clarity on how new automated processes operate.
