Senior Product/UX Designer (Mobile App)

Location: Reading (Hybrid, 2 days per week)

Duration: Initial 6 months

Contract Type: Inside IR35 Day Rate

We’re looking for a Senior Product/UX Designer to shape the future of our native iOS & Android app experiences. If you love solving complex problems, designing at scale, and delivering high‐impact mobile journeys, this one’s for you.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end‐to‐end UX/UI for native apps
• Own complex flows, interactions, and app journeys
• Work with advanced Figma systems & design libraries
• Use data, experimentation, and insights to drive decisions
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Creative & Brand
• Mentor designers and champion accessibility & inclusive design

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years in Product Design (B2C mobile preferred)
• Strong e-commerce background, preferably from fashion/retail environment.
• Proven experience shipping iOS & Android apps at scale
• Expert Figma skills (Auto Layout, components, variants)
• Strong mobile UX, interaction design & accessibility knowledge
• Data‐led mindset and excellent stakeholder communication
• A portfolio showing high‐quality, impactful mobile work
