Security Systems Installation Engineer

Location: London and surrounding areas
Salary: £40,000 basic + overtime + on-call allowance

An established and growing security systems provider is looking to appoint an experienced Installation Engineer to join their team, covering projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected, family-run business that works with major blue-chip clients and prides itself on delivering high-quality installations and technical service.

As an Installation Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

• Installing and commissioning a range of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, and Intercoms

• First and second fix of all related cabling, field devices, and panels

• Installing containment systems as per detailed drawings

• Pre-commissioning and validating equipment prior to site installation

• Completing all on-site commissioning and related documentation (O&M manuals)

• Supervising subcontractors and being the key contact on-site for clients

• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting training and skills development

• Valid ECS card (mandatory)

• Experience working with C-Cure (essential)

• Exposure to Gallagher, Genetec, or Lenel (desirable)

• Previous experience in the security systems industry

• Strong communication and leadership skills with a willingness to be part of the on-call rota

• Full UK driving licence

• £40,000 base salary plus Overtime and on-call payments

• Fully expensed company van
