About the Role

As a Test Technician within the customer service and support division, you'll play a critical part in maintaining quality and satisfaction across the company's global client base. You'll be hands-on with advanced electronic products, investigating faults and carrying out repairs on returned equipment (RMAs), and working closely with internal teams to uphold high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• First-line fault analysis and diagnosis of customer returns
• Component-level repair and testing of sophisticated electronic assemblies
• Supporting the service controller with accurate CRM updates
• Preparing demonstration units for international exhibitions and demos
• Contributing to department KPIs and quality targets

What You'll Need:

Essential:

• Strong understanding of electronic principles
• Skilled in fault-finding to component level
• Detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to prioritise
• Confident working independently and within a team

Desirable:

• HNC/HND in Electronics or a similar engineering discipline
