Your responsibilities will cover: Identifying and escalating security incidents, ensuring necessary follow-up actions are taken Developing and overseeing Cyber and IT Security policies for the London branch Creating and maintaining Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning frameworks Enhancing data availability, integrity, and confidentiality while collaborating with the 2nd LoD on IT, Business Continuity Management and Cyber controls Offering IT governance and security guidance across all branch departments Updating departmental procedures to align with new products, processes, and regulations Managing technical vendor relationships, focusing on data protection, privacy, and security Your experience must include: Demonstrated expertise in business continuity and IT security within the banking sector Ability to adapt to changing business, technical, and regulatory landscapes Proficiency in regulatory standards and cyber risk management Strong analytical and reporting capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid project management background Please note this role will be working hybrid 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely.d02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
