IT Security, Crisis & Business Continuity Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a European Bank for a Crisis and Business Continuity Manager.

Your responsibilities will cover:

  • Identifying and escalating security incidents, ensuring necessary follow-up actions are taken
  • Developing and overseeing Cyber and IT Security policies for the London branch
  • Creating and maintaining Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity Planning frameworks
  • Enhancing data availability, integrity, and confidentiality while collaborating with the 2nd LoD on IT, Business Continuity Management and Cyber controls
  • Offering IT governance and security guidance across all branch departments
  • Updating departmental procedures to align with new products, processes, and regulations
  • Managing technical vendor relationships, focusing on data protection, privacy, and security

Your experience must include:

  • Demonstrated expertise in business continuity and IT security within the banking sector
  • Ability to adapt to changing business, technical, and regulatory landscapes
  • Proficiency in regulatory standards and cyber risk management
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid project management background

Please note this role will be working hybrid – 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely.
