Our Product Management TEAM is seeking a Business Analyst Management Intern for Autumn 2026. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the product development lifecycle while contributing directly to the following active initiatives:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Product Operations — Learn the product development and software development lifecycles, help the team ensure stakeholder engagement at each stage, and identify potential process gaps.
  • NPS — Design the workflow and categorisation logic for routing supplier feedback to the right owners.
  • Voice of Customer — Build the repository and tagging system for customer touchpoints, and synthesise themes into a reportable format.
  • Knowledge & Documentation — Assess and improve product documentation and training materials.
  • Use AI Tools — Use AI tools to structure and analyse data supporting PM initiatives — trackers, dashboards, research synthesis.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN:

  • Gain hands-on experience in product management and business analysis within a global B2B fintech
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business to see how the company operates end-to-end
  • Contribute to real projects with genuine business impact — from shaping how customer and supplier feedback informs the roadmap, to improving documentation used across the company
