Sales Development Representative
About the Company.
My Client is connected to the largest Telecoms Provider in the UK.
They're a Local Business Unit in Essex and Hertfordshire helping businesses in their region achieve greater levels of connectivity and efficiency, through Mobile, Cloud Offerings and lease lines.
To continue with their status of being a local "expert", they're looking for Sales Development Representatives to generate opportunities for the sales team.
About the opportunity.
Ok- the money what is it?
Salary up to £28,000.
Bonus+ salary will get you to £40k plus.
Hours :
-This is a Full Time office position, Monday-Friday 0830-1700.
Bonus how does it work?
Target per product, once achieved percentage of a "pot" is paid to you. Uncapped. Expect to make £1,000 + per month.
Best fit?
This is an ENTRY level sales role, to ground you in Sales, perhaps you've done B2C Sales and want to transition to B2B? This could be a fit for you.
On that note.... what do they want?
-You don't have telephone phobia, you're absolutely fine to make 60+ calls per day.
-You're coachable and can take feedback well.
-6-12 months in a sales role ideally contact centre background BONUS if it's in Telecoms.
-Money Hungry and full of grit & resilience. You will get NO's in plenty of volume, you need to get over it and roll with the punches!
