Founding Business Development Representative
Graduate Business Development Representative (Outbound) In partnership with Primis
What You’ll Do
Own outbound prospecting across defined target segments
Identify accounts and run structured multi-touch sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) -
Book qualified meetings with senior stakeholders (VP Marketing, Head of Growth, Performance, Data)
Run first-call discovery and hand over clean commercial context
Help refine ICP, messaging and outbound playbooks
Maintain strong CRM discipline and track conversion metrics Growth Path
Progression to Mid-Market / Enterprise AE within 6–9 months for high performers or the oportunity to build and lead a BDR team as we scale - The upside is uncapped.
You are joining just before seed, at the inflection point where the commercial engine begins to scale.

Compensation Base: £35,000 OTE: £70,000 (70/30 split, uncapped) Equity: Early-stage options Pension + standard UK benefits The company has grand ambitions and for the right candidate who contributes to the growth required to achieve those goals, there is an opportunity to be awarded meaningful equity.
