An established not – for profit is undergoing a significant digital transformation programme and is looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer to join their internal technology team. The organisation supports tens of thousands of healthcare professionals across the UK and is investing in modernising its internal systems and web applications.

This role will play a key part in developing and enhancing business-critical applications, including the migration and modernisation of a long-standing platform as part of a wider move to cloud infrastructure. You’ll join a collaborative development team where you’ll have real ownership and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

The Role

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain web-based applications using the .NET platform and ASP.NET framework
  • Contribute to the migration and modernisation of a legacy application as part of a wider digital transformation programme
  • Design and implement scalable, secure solutions across both front-end and back-end systems
  • Develop and maintain SQL Server databases and support backend data integrations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solution
  • Support integration with third-party systems and internal business platforms
  • Produce technical documentation and contribute to system design and architecture decisions
  • Work closely with a small in-house development team and infrastructure specialists to deliver high-quality software solutions

Skills Needed

  • Experience developing applications using ASP.NET / .NET Framework (C# or VB.NET)
  • Strong experience with SQL Server and relational database development
  • Full stack development experience including JavaScript, HTML and CSS
  • Experience working with web services and system integrations
  • Understanding of secure coding principles (OWASP Top 10 awareness desirable)
  • Exposure to Azure, infrastructure or DevOps environments would be beneficial
