Job title: Lead Full Stack Developer

Location: Edinburgh Hybrid

Position: Permanent

Salary: Up to £80.000 DOE

This is and excellent opportunity for a Senior Software Developer with strong experience in both C#/.NET and PHP , ready to take a hands-on leadership role within a cross-functional team.

This is an opportunity to build innovative products used by tens of thousands of pubs, restaurants, and hotels across the UK.

You'll play a key part in guiding architecture, mentoring developers, and shaping the direction of a high-impact hospitality platform. This role requires someone comfortable driving technical discussions, contributing to strategic planning, and ensuring quality delivery at scale.

What will You do?

• Lead technical design and architecture in collaboration with senior engineers and architects
• Mentor and coach developers, promote best practices, and contribute to hiring efforts
• Own the delivery of key projects across the full software lifecycle
• Work in a collaborative Scrum team, actively contributing to planning, coding, code reviews, and continuous improvement

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#/.NET Core/ASP.NET and PHP
• Experience with React or other modern JS frameworks
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, Redis, and/or Memcached
• Proven track record in mentorship, technical leadership, and delivering scalable, distributed systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and message queues like RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus
