What you will be doing
- Business development for new and existing clients
- Managing the full lifecycle process from sourcing through to placement and providing aftercare
- Advising on and selling the most appropriate solutions for attracting candidates and maintaining our candidate database
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
- Sourcing suitable candidates and fully briefing them on the opportunity and package available
- Continual development of knowledge within the sector you are operating in
- Ensuring our CRM is kept up to date and company processes are followed
- Meeting individual targets set
- Developing and maintain key client relationships
What we need from you
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong communication, both verbal and written
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- Hunger to learn and develop both personally and professionally
- Comfortable working in a sales activity & financially targeted environment and be motivated to achieve/exceed goals
- The ability to overcome objections and be persistent
