SAP PMO / Project Manager
Onsite | Inside IR35 | £450–£500 per day | 5–6 Months | ASAP Start
We’re supporting a global manufacturing organisation on an urgent project to establish a new subsidiary and office in Australia.
This role will lead the end-to-end setup managing SAP delivery, coordinating office and infrastructure requirements, and ensuring successful integration with a new third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse provider.
You will:
- Lead delivery of the SAP workstream for the new Australian subsidiary
- Oversee office and infrastructure setup alongside relevant teams
- Manage integration with a 3PL warehouse provider (including coordinating with their IT suppliers and supporting testing)
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing and other business stakeholders
- Handle ambiguous or evolving requirements with confidence
- Drive change management and support the business through go-live
- Manage third-party vendors and ensure key milestones are achieved
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Project Management / PMO leadership experience
- Solid understanding of SAP and its business impact (no functional or technical SAP expertise required)
- Experience working with third-party suppliers and external partners
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and solving problems proactively
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience supporting business change
