Lead Developer

Manchester - Hybrid

Salary - £65k + DOE

Responsibilities:

• Developing new features using React and PHP
• Maintaining and improving an existing CRM system
• Writing clean, efficient, and testable code
• Participating in code reviews and collaborating with the team
• Optimising database queries and improving performance

Required Skills

• Solid experience with PHP (including OOP, Laravel, and unit testing)
• Good understanding of design patterns
• Experience with MySQL and query optimisation
• Basic Linux skills
• Ability to build intuitive UIs using React

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AWS is a plus
