We're partnered with a industry leading global fintech that, due to acquisitions and growth, is hiring a VP of DevOps. This is a brand-new leadership role with the opportunity to shape strategy, delivery practices, and culture across a distributed team.
If you combine deep software engineering roots with proven DevOps leadership experience and thrive in complex, outcome-driven environments, this could be the perfect fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Own DevOps strategy to enable high-velocity, high-quality software delivery.
- Design and evolve scalable CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment practices.
- Provide hands-on architectural leadership where needed.
- Lead and develop a global DevOps team.
- Partner with engineering and product leadership to ensure DevOps accelerates delivery.
Key Skills
- Senior leadership experience in DevOps or Software Engineering.
- Strong software engineering background with experience delivering production software at scale.
- Expertise in CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure design.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams.
