Senior AI Engineer / ML Platform Engineer

We're working with a number of organisations building next-generation AI and machine learning platforms and are looking to speak with experienced AI Engineers, ML Engineers and MLOps Engineers.

You'll be working on projects including:

Building AI and agentic platforms
Productionising LLM and GenAI solutions
Developing ML platforms and feature stores
Building RAG and vector search solutions
Designing scalable data and AI pipelines
Implementing MLOps and LLMOps best practices

We're interested in people with experience in:

Python
Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, MLflow, Mosaic AI)
LLMs, GenAI and AI Agents
MLOps and production ML systems
CI/CD and DevOps
AWS and/or Azure
Kafka and streaming technologies
Terraform and infrastructure as code
Feature stores and model deployment

Nice to have:

Databricks certifications
Consulting experience
Financial Services or other regulated industries
Experience delivering AI solutions into production
Previous Databricks public sector/DPP experience
