AI Systems Architect

London (Hybrid)

Up to £120k DOE + bonus + equity options

On behalf of a client, we’re looking for an experienced AI Systems Architect to design and deliver next generation AI and agentic systems for enterprise environments.

In this role, you’ll be acting as a technical authority on scalable and secure AI platforms. You’ll play an integral role in defining architectures, leading integrations and shaping best practices for real world deployment. You’ll be collaborating closely with engineers, solution leads and technology partners to bring complex AI solutions to production.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and deploy secure, scalable AI systems and agentic solutions
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents with enterprise data, APIs and infrastructure
• Lead technical design reviews and guide delivery teams
• Support pre-sales, proposals and client workshops
• Research and prototype emerging frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
• Promote responsible and ethical AI standards across solutions

What You’ll Bring

• Strong background in software/platform/DevOps architecture with AI/ML exposure
• Experience in using Azure Open AI and/or AWS Bedrock
• Hands-on experience deploying agentic or autonomous AI systems in production.
• Proficiency in Python
• Excellent communicator with consulting or client-facing experience
• Knowledge of AI governance, interpretability, and bias mitigation principles

Desirable

• Familiarity with IaC (Terraform, Bicep)
• Previous exposure to Machine Learning, Data Science or MLOps System Design
