Were looking for a Principal Consultant with deep expertise in SQL Server , Data Warehousing , and Business Intelligence tools to join our growing team.

Youll be at the forefront of designing and delivering scalable data solutions, while leading a small offshore team of data engineers. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for turning data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you!

What Youll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring a team of offshore data engineers
• Designing and implementing data integration processes using SAP Business Objects Data Services
• Building and optimizing SQL Server queries and stored procedures
• Developing robust data warehouses and insightful reports using SAP Business Objects and Crystal Reports
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensuring high performance and availability of data pipelines and reporting systems

What Youll Bring:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server , ETL , and BI/reporting
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing , SAP BO , and Crystal Reports
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Bonus: Experience with Power BI , Tableau , cloud platforms, or big data technologies

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
