We're looking for a Principal Consultant with deep expertise in SQL Server, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence tools to join our growing team.

You'll be at the forefront of designing and delivering scalable data solutions, while leading a small offshore team of data engineers. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a passion for turning data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and mentoring a team of offshore data engineers
• Designing and implementing data integration processes using SAP Business Objects Data Services
• Building and optimizing SQL Server queries and stored procedures
• Developing robust data warehouses and insightful reports using SAP Business Objects and Crystal Reports
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensuring high performance and availability of data pipelines and reporting systems

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server, ETL, and BI/reporting
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing, SAP BO, and Crystal Reports
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail
• Bonus: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, cloud platforms, or big data technologies

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
