Account Manager

I'm hiring an Account Manager to join a fast-paced Managed Service Provider focused on growth, customer expansion, and long-term relationship building.

📍 Location: West Midlands (Hybrid – 3 days office/client site)

💰 Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 - Dependant on experience

📈 Double OTE + uncapped commission (no thresholds or caps)

This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow an established client base within the MSP space. Also being able to help drive revenue through a strong “land and expand” approach across existing accounts.

The role is heavily solution-led, working with modern IT environments including IT infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, and business systems.

What I'm Looking For

▪️ Background in MSP or IT services

▪️ Experience in solution-based sales and account growth

▪️ Engage in solution-based selling across modern desktop infrastructure, Azure, Dynamics, and central business systems

▪️ Strong relationship builder with a long-term mindset

▪️ Full UK driving licence and willingness to be client-facing
