About the Role
We’re looking for a high‐impact Enterprise Account Executive to drive adoption of our new AI agent product. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast‐growing, AI‐forward company at a pivotal moment—owning a greenfield territory, shaping our go‐to‐market motion, and closing complex, multi‐threaded enterprise deals.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, targeting companies with 2000+ employees.
- Self‐source ~80% of your pipeline through strategic outbound and creative prospecting.
- Manage 3–12 month sales cycles with six‐ to seven‐figure ACV potential.
- Sell into CX, engineering, product, legal, and security teams, adapting your message to buyers with varying levels of AI fluency.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline while overseeing 30–50+ accounts at once.
- Use MEDPIC/MEDDPICC to qualify, advance, and forecast deals within Salesforce.
- Become an expert in Light AI, clearly articulating its value and differentiation.
- Consistently meet or exceed $1M+ annual quotas.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of quota attainment.
- $10M+ ACV closed over your career.
- Proven success closing $1M+ deals and navigating complex, multi‐stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience selling into retail, ecommerce, or etail (e.g., Macy’s, Nordstrom, Saks).
- Comfortable selling technical products to engineering and product teams.
- Startup or scale‐up experience—you thrive in fast‐moving, high‐ownership environments.
- Strong command of MEDPIC/MEDDPICC and ability to explain how you apply it.
- Professional, polished communication skills with credibility at the C‐suite level.
- A strong LinkedIn presence (ideally 1,000+ followers).

What We Avoid
To ensure the right fit, we typically do not move forward with candidates who have:
- Multiple short stints (we look for at least one 2–3 year tenure in the last 5 years).
- SLED‐only sales backgrounds.
- Big Tech‐only experience without startup exposure.
- Backgrounds primarily in life sciences or fintech, which are less aligned with our target market.
