Salary: £120,000 (with double OTE)
Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join a high-growth SaaS business operating within the AI and customer engagement space.
This role is focused on winning and growing upper mid-market and enterprise customers by helping organisations transform their customer experience through innovative AI-driven solutions.
The successful candidate will be highly commercial, proactive in generating opportunities, and confident managing complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through to close.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and close upper mid-market and enterprise-level opportunities within a designated portfolio of 25–50 target accounts
- Drive a predominantly outbound, self-generated sales approach
- Build and maintain a healthy 3–5x qualified pipeline
- Lead complex consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Engage C-level executives and develop long-term strategic relationships
- Present compelling business cases and demonstrate clear ROI to customers
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support growth and customer success
- Thrive within a fast-paced, high-performance, scale-up environment
Experience Required
Essential:
- 5+ years’ experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding $1M+ annual quotas
- Proven history of closing high-value enterprise deals with significant ACV
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience working within a startup or scale-up environment
- Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and self-sourcing opportunities
- Ability to manage a large and active enterprise account portfolio
- Experience using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC
Preferred Background:
- Experience selling into retail, ecommerce or customer engagement sectors
- Exposure to enterprise clients and large-scale digital transformation projects
- Track record of selling into major retail organisations
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic sales approach
