I'm currently working with a market-leading organisation based in Huntingdon that's investing heavily in its technology function and is looking to hire an experienced Lead Software Engineer to drive technical delivery while leading and mentoring a talented development team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on development with people leadership.

🔹 What you'll be doing

✔ Leading and mentoring a team of developers

✔ Delivering scalable cloud-based applications

✔ Building back-end APIs in C#

✔ Developing front-end solutions using React

✔ Managing infrastructure as code with Terraform

✔ Working within an Agile environment

✔ Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality solutions

• Previous experience leading or managing a software development team

• Strong commercial experience with C#, React, Azure and SQL

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and Terraform

• Passion for mentoring developers and driving engineering best practice

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
